We then design the data model and screen flows and advance development in short cycles. At the end of each cycle we test a working version with you, so changes of direction happen early rather than at the end of the project. After launch, maintenance and further development continue with the same team.

Yes. Once the project fee is paid, the entire source code is handed over to you and the right of use passes to you. You have access to the code repository throughout the process, and you are free to continue with another team later. We state this explicitly in the contract.
In most cases yes. If your accounting, ERP or CRM software offers an API or a data exchange method, an integration can be built. Where no such interface exists we evaluate database-level or file-based transfer options. We clarify this during the analysis and present you with workable alternatives.
Yes. After delivery we agree a maintenance arrangement covering bug fixing, security updates and performance monitoring. New feature requests are planned and prioritised separately. Because the same team continues, no time is lost getting reacquainted with the system.
